Hi Everyone, I currently own a Superb III 150 HP 1.4 tsi ACT purchased in October 2015 and for the last 1 month seem to have a noise problem with the ACT system......in other words, when in Eco mode, there seems to be a very loud rattle coming from the front of the car....it seems like a "FRRRRRR" or "TRRRRRRR" and you can hear it when the windows are open. I have discovered the noise only starts once the Eco light comes on and then stops once the Eco light goes off, so it only happens when in 2 cylinder mode. Do any other SIII owners with the 1.4 tsi 150 engine have a similar noise? Thanks for any info you have on this Cheers, Fabrizio

Same problem with my 1.4 TSI ACT Wagon from Italy. I took the car to the skoda service twice and each time the same answer. The noise Is normal and typical for the 1.4 TSI... Moreover, It is a noise that comes from the gearbox shafts: At low rpm, from first to second gear, when you push the clutxh pedal you can ear the gearbox clutches shafts vibrate due to tolerances that the skoda considers normal. It is a metallic noise like some iron marbles that impact each other.....or....It seems as if transmission gears touched for a moment each other.... It affects other vw group car.... I was discouraged from using another tupe of oil....more dense to eliminate the noise because the gearbox will not work correctly. Bye! P.s. Apologize for my english
