  1. After a painful jorney, including complaints in the online complaints book about the Skoda dealer in Portugal (SIVA), I was called back to the repair shop and this time they say they will replace the 5F module of the infotainment system.
  2. On December 15th, I took the car to the repair shop as agreed, and since the problem wasn't manifesting itself, they sent me away without any intervention. On the 18th, the problem returned, and I'm once again without access to Skoda's backend.

  4. Hi Deleuiuly, Unfortunately, my problem returned shortly after, on the same day. However, on November 27th, the car went to the workshop and they updated it to version 1989. It worked well for a few days. On December 3rd, it stopped working again. The little world showed a red X. I contacted Skoda again and have a workshop appointment scheduled for December 15th. They told me that the factory sent them some kind of procedure. Meanwhile, the connection came back online on December 5th without any intervention from me or the workshop. My biggest concern is what will happen when the warranty expires? Will I have to pay to resolve these problems, which may or may not be the result of buggy updates? The Connect service is paid annually, at least here in Portugal it is; will I have to pay to resolve a problem that prevents me from using a prepaid service? Regarding the fuse, an image from the manual is attached. Note that it may not be the same in your car; mine has left-hand drive. Look in the manual for online service or something similar. Good luck!
  5. Problem solved following this post: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/495900-apponline-portal-not-updating/ The fuse to pull out in my case was the fuse 19 (refers to online services). After pull out and put it in again the online service comes online.
  6. Already tried with my phone as a HotSpot. The car connects to the HotSpot but no data traffic passes through it when I try to sync the user.
  7. Hi All, On November 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM, I stopped receiving vehicle updates on the MySkoda app. The app goes from "Standby Mode" to "Activating" but doesn't actually go online, returning to standby mode. In the infotainment system, I noticed that the vehicle's main user wasn't synchronizing (video attached). I tried restarting the infotainment system without success. On November 17, 2025, at 9:00 AM, I checked the infotainment system and saw that the user had synchronized shortly before. I tried synchronizing the app and it worked. That same afternoon, it stopped synchronizing again, both the user and the app, which is the current status of the problem. Since the problem seems to be intermittent, it leads me to believe it's related to access to the Skoda Cloud from the eSIM (vehicle). My Care Connect - Remote Access subscription is active until July 16, 2026. Strangely, I also have the signal recognition package active (and working in the vehicle), but the app reports the package as "Unavailable." I don't have a data plan subscription. I also tried a factory reset, but in the end a message appeared saying that it was not possible to reset. However, I lost all the settings I had. This situation is very annoying because the only way I have to configure the charging limit on this model is through the app. Any ideas? Thx. Rui user_sync.mov
