  1. The Duel mass could just fail yes but not very unlikely to cause any problems apart from you being broke down with no drive. Wouldn't cause anything else to brake. To behonest. In expense wise standerd just parts will be best part of £300 labour on top about 200 but uprated parts depending on your route can cost anywhere upwards of 800
  2. Removal of system also gains less engine work no extra pully to rotating when engine running maybe a free running pully when not ingaged but still slight resistance was thinking of doing it my self also
  3. OK cool thanks that is OK then I'll get my self some
  4. OK I have done a search loads of info on front speaker which are 16.5cm in size plus adapters. But what size are the rears wanting to replace all due to standard are crap lol Since chargeing to jvc head unit any help would be grate thanks Ps if I have the front size wrong plz correct me lol
  5. What upgrade clutch set ups are people using ie single mass fly wheel conversions I'll be looking at going for the 250 bhp in near future but I know my duelmass will not handle that so I need to ideas for replacement

  7. When I drop my clutch pedal my noise and vibration stays so that's the flywheel out of the equation
  8. The Honda s2000 air filter isn't what I'd call an after market filter lol just built for a different car
  9. I get this same problum you are getting with my 56plate vrs. It only does its engine vibration on tick over. But stops when I put the slightest little bit of revs. Am believing it's the egr valve or even possibly the anti shudder valve because when it's doing the vibration bad the engine seems to make a werid rattly type banging sound on the n/s of the engine
  10. I need to get on and dye my seats because the shape of the vrs seats are very nice design intact recaro shape just pitty on the color. I will be testing thw spray die soon on My rear head rests soon and will post once tested
  11. Get the shocks and spring combo well worth the Extra 54£
  12. Don't touch jom if u want drive quality jom are good value for money but a rough ride and quite nosiey over speed bumps etc as someone said crashy. Don't get me wrong for a budget there good. But u get what u pay for as of performace they won't improve anytging higher budget would be required.plus u will more than likely require shorter front anti roll bar link arms this depends on how low u go My self I'd always go shocks and spring combo u can pick up good quilts under 350 and improve performance and ride quilts can actually improve. Just lowering springs my slef I'd stay away from due to your standard shocks will where out quicker and have less preload in them as the car is sat lower. Budget is the big question plus.what do you want If after all out low coilovers but poor performance but higher budget will be all out better Ride quality shocks and springs combo plus gain performace. On the very cheep juat springs
  13. It might do but am doing away with all the green in the skoda and replacing it with purple so seat badges vrs badges skoda badges and calipers
  14. Hi as topic says am wanting a new steering wheel badge for my fabia vrs 56plate o want a carbon backing with a vrs lego in the center. OK so far quite simple to find but I want on where the v in the vrs logo is purple not green anybody got any ideas where I could get one made up or where they sell custom ones cheers
  15. Cheers for that I'll defo be ordering it very tidy looking
  16. Stick to big turbo conversion not hybrids Hybrids offer straight bolt on upgrade but there no where near as good as a big turbo conversion. Hybrids cause large boost spikes where thw big turbo conversion will give smoother better boost. After having a hybrid on my old seat ibiza cupra tdi and a big turbo conversion on my golf gttdi I'd never do hybrid again. Full turbo conversion kits are the only wayforward. You will defo need a front mount intercooler and need clutch and single mass fly wheel. Saying that my old seat ibiza cupra tdi on hybrid turbo running to 220bhp was on standard clutch and flywheel for 60,000 miles. Where my golf gttdi pd150 with big turbo conversion running 223bhp slipped and shredded it's self 150miles later
  17. I have checked what I can see all looks good bearing in mind it's not on its normal pipping only other thing that's worry me is timing belt of water pump is on that side also but I would of throught it would of been doing it at all rev ranges
  18. Hi my fabia vrs pd130 with front mount intercooler n uprated boost pipes is makes a high pitched sqwelling nosie. It only happend in between 2000rpm and 2700rpm no other faults with it very weird wondering if anyone else has had out simalur.
