  1. Yesteday I visited a Skoda dealer and asked about the oil consumption of TSI petrol motors. The dealer said that factory is saying that normal consumption of oil is up to 1L for 1000km. That's crazy for new car, at least in my opinion. I'm currently having a VW Golf MK6 1.6TDi and no extra oil is need between service intervalls. So, I would like to hear users opinions - how much is your Skoda TSI motor oil consumption and is there any need to add it between services?
  2. Does anyone have a good S3 picture of Cappuccino beige?
  3. Currently I'm driving with VW Golf 6 1.6 TDI 105 PS but next will be petrol due to low milage. Have you noticed increased oil consumption or these problems were in the previous engines?
  4. Does anyone here own a S3 with 1.8 TSI? It could be great to hear some feedback. I'm planning to order 1.8 TSI with manual gearbox.
  5. Does anyone here own new S3 with 1.4 TSI 125ps engine?
  6. In Estonia you can get Canton upgrade for 490€ (approx. 346£). No further taxes.
  7. Little bit off topic but have they solved the increased oil consumption what was involved previous TSI engines?
  8. Most of the discussion is around the 1.4 TSI ACT but what about the ordinary 1.4 TSI with 125 BHP? Does anyone own it or have made test drive? Common sense says that it should be enough because the body weight of the combi is 1320 kg. I'm interested to order Superb III Combi with 1.4 TSI 125BHP but before that it could be great to hear other opinions.
