  13. i had a problem with my front windows when i bought my fabia mk1 . no windows working . checked switches power to motor and fuses . all ok .then i noticed when i removed one of the fuses for 30 secs then replaced it they would start working . i spliced the wiring before the fuse box and was goin to use a separate switch . but wat i found out eventully was because my rear doors were leaking water in to the car it was causing havoc with the electrics . so before you go changing switches motors and comfort control mods check for wet carpets in the back . i checked every wire in the drivers door loom for continuity. and they were fine . i found that when it rained really heavy the next day my windows didnt work
