  1. Energy Blue SE Tech Estate in the wild 2.0 TDI 150 DSG Different wheels + all season tyres Heated screen Heated Seats Heated washer nozzles Wireless charging Leather Seats (which I didn’t order) colour growing on me all the time....
  2. I’ve not really noticed them yet. Drove 30 miles home from the supplying dealer and parked it up it’s an SE Tech DSG 150 with the options below. I decided to spend extra on options instead of metallic paint. The colour grows on me by the hour. Different alloys + all season tyres Heated windscreen Heated seats Heated washer jets Wireless charging Free leather
  3. This is a better shot of the colour under the porch lights
  4. It’s not that bad in the flesh. I quite like it! added bonus is that the car turned up with full leather at no extra cost
  5. The missus has a Sportline. It'll need replacing in December this year She doubts she'll have another because of it only being available in bland or bogey colours
  6. That's definitely not Energy Blue Kirku. So you've probably done the right thing by spending £600+ I'm collecting my Energy Blue at 5pm today. I'll post photos at the first opportunity
  7. I think i've seen an Energy Blue Superb in the wild. It was on passing. It didn't look amazing, but it didn't look too bad either. I'm picking mine up at 5pm tomorrow.
  8. I love driving ours, even though both have had their fair share of warranty issues. Gone off the manual though since getting the DSG Sportline. Currently got 2x Superb III 2016 SE Business 2.0 TDI 150 Manual Estate - Being replaced by SE Tech TDI 150 DSG Estate next week 2017 Sportline TDI 150 DSG Hatch Both of the cars above have been driven 40000 miles between them in the last 2 years. Both have done at least 5000 each in Europe. We've never had issues with road noise etc. The SE Business on 17" wheels is probably the most comfortable car i've owned. Very little road noise and a nice smooth drive. I expected the missus' Sportline on 19" wheels to have horrendous road noise, but it doesn't. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with yours. Life would be boring if we all thought and did the same though
  9. I think it’s going to be midweek now. Only got the lease docs this morning. Outgoing Superb was inspected yesterday and will be collected on Friday. We can survive with one car for a few days
  10. Did you pay extra for the leather? Or did it turn up with it? When I ordered my SE Tech Estate in December I was told that it may turn up with full leather as the factory were having issues with supply of alcantara. I hope to pick mine up on Friday. I still don't know whether it has been supplied with full leather or not.
  11. Well hopefully i'll have my Smurf Blue Superb at the end of next week. It'll grow on me. I only have it for 2 years then give it back so i'm not too fussed. VWFS have to worry about resale, not me
  12. I’m just glad it’s a 2 year lease car and I don’t have to worry about resale. its replacing a Magnetic Brown Estate. So the S**twagon will be superceded by the Smurfwagon
  13. I ordered Energy Blue because it didn’t look too different from Pacific Blue on the configurator. in reality it’s a hell of a lot brighter
  14. I'll upload some when I get my hands on it. I never pay extra for paint on lease cars. My lease provider used to give metallics free of charge, but not any more.
  15. Have any of you recently taken possession of, or ordered a Superb III in Energy Blue? I've got one coming in a couple of weeks and i'm feeling a little nervous. The colour on the Karoq in real life looks a lot brighter than on the Superb configurator
  16. I much prefer Alcantara myself. Love our Sportline seats. Perhaps it's only a certain seat style affected.
  17. I have it in writing that the price is guaranteed. It's already approved and agreed by VWFS. If there's any difference VWFS will cover it. My car will arrive any time around April 1st.
  18. My current 2 Year PCH deal comes to and end in April 2018. Even though we've had had issues with both our cars (The other half has a Sportline DSG), I have decided to replace my Superb with another. Nothing really comes close on PCH for spec for the money. Decided to pull the trigger this morning to beat any impending increase due to January price rise or VED increases. Outgoing spec SE Business Estate TDI 150 Manual Magnetic Brown Metallic No Options Incoming Spec SE Technology Estate TDI 150 DSG Energy Blue Heated Windscreen Heated Front Seats Wireless Charging With Bluetooth+ and Wi-Fi 17" Helios Wheels With All-Season Tyres Even though I've not specified full leather interior, my dealer has told me that there is an issue with the supply of alcantara seat coverings so the car may come with a full leather interior anyway. Lead time is approx 17 Weeks
  19. I got the car back in good time after a right old mess around with an Enterprise Hire Car Did another 3000 miles in just over a week with no issues
  20. It threw up a fault code for the high pressure fuel sensor. Anyway, I'm hoping to dump it with my local dealer when they open. I MUST have it back on Thursday night though or I'll miss my ferry on Friday. Grrrr.
  21. Nope. Needs replacing. The AA don't carry them. Has to go back to Skoda for a warranty job.
  22. Fuel pressure sensor fault. Very common among 2.0 VAG TDi apparently
