Clock and mileage counter resetting.
Elgey1 replied to Elgey1's topic in Skoda Superb Mk I (2001-2008)
Cheers mate I will give it a check. -
Hello folks. Sorry if this has been posted before. Just after a few pointers if possible. I have a Superb 1.9tdi engine & the clock & mileage counter keeps resetting. This usually happens when parked but can happen when I am driving the odd time. If I am driving all the lights flash up as if I have knocked the ignition off & then all comes back reset (engine doesn't stall). Has anyone else had this issue. Cheers in advance.

Hello folks. Hoping for a bit help. I bought an aftermarket stereo & it wasn't saving the channels so I swapped to two wires over on the harness & it fixed the issue but now I am having problems with the battery draining. Is there anything else I need to do? Someone told me j will need to buy a Canbus is this right or is there another way around it. Cheers in advance.

Hello folks, After a little help again if possible. I have a 05 Superb with the 1.9 130bhp engine and currently have a DTUK PD2 box on but wondering if anyone has had their car remapped and what are the gains are like & is it worth the extra expense. Cheers in advance.

Comfort control module or Convenience control module.
Elgey1 replied to Elgey1's topic in Skoda Superb Mk I (2001-2008)
Thank you very much bud at least I am not chasing something that isn't there now. Hopefully get to the bottom of it all this weekend. Thanks again mate very much appreciated. -
Can anybody tell me if Comfort control is different to the Convenience control module? and if they are where do I find the Convenience control module. I am in the process of trying to sort the dreaded ingress problem and found the Comfort control but before I put it into the auto electrician I want to sort as many of the problems as I can. I have lost internal light, locking the car from the fob, windows, sunroof and mirrors. Any help is much appreciated and thank you in advance lads. Mark
