Mine was fixed a week ago and now the car is really as it should have been from the beginning! 4-point angle calibration was also done and car goes much straighter and is more relaxing to drive. Finally I have car that I really enjoy. Sas that this took almost 5 months...

My car is still waiting replacement bushings from factory and repair was now delayed second time. I really hope parts will arrive next week as they now promised. I have noticed that when temperature is more than 20 Celsius clattering noise is disapearing almost completely and when it is again something like 15 Celsius noises are heavily back so it is really temperature related.

280 Ambition model is 45759 EUR (with VAT and new car tax included), Style 50500 EUR and L&K is 54740 EUR.

In Finland it is very easy - the L&K comes almost fully loaded. You have to add only: - Heated windshield - Optical parking view - Phone box with signal booster - Gear change flaps to steering wheel - Digital TV receiver Even aux heater, DCC, vented front seats/heated back seats, travel/dynamic light assist and sun roof are standard in the L&K

Mine is going for an upgrade next week Monday if new components will arrive on time to the local dealer.

The FIX is available! In Finland local dealer Veho in one location has been in contact to customer that Skoda has been able to get fix available for rear suspension noise issues. I will contact my dealer tomorrow and will ask when then can install the fix.

In mine L&K with DCC noise can be heard easily also in temperatures around 5-10 Celsius as it has been now in Finland.

I have driven exactly similar 280 L&K Combi with same symptoms but not as loud as in mine currently with 7000 km, the other one had run only 1000 km. So based on my experiences I can make conclusion that noise issue exist from brand new and it gets worse after driven more and more miles.

I really like the car and returning car is not definitely preferred option. Also I can not find any better car for my purpose and demands unless paying an extra 30k€. I can live with this noise issue incase there will be a permanent fix available some day but how can I be sure? Trade demolition cost me every day more and more since car is not new in dealers eyes after 6 months of use, termination sucks but I cannot live with noise issue for ever. I really hope that Skoda will fix this latest when MY17 cars are in production, MY17 component and technical changes has to be finished soon, I'm a bit worry if not getting soon info from the factory. Anyhow I will make email to the dealer and demand more detailed status report from the factory.

Same here in Finland, no news from the factory regarding this rattle noise issue. Starting to be disappointed for driving almost 4 months with brand new car which is making noises like 10 years old car with worn out suspension components. Incase Skoda is not able to find solution for this I have to require trade demolition as we have right here in Finland incase dealer is not able to fix reported and registered problems in reasonable time, in my opinion several months is not acceptable for brand new car.

Mine 280 L&K Moon White Combi

My car has been now in dealer and they were able to verify clattering noise as I described from the back side of the car. Dealer contacted factory and factory is aware about the problem but they do not have yet any permanent solution for the fix. According to factory noise is caused by wishbone bushing in cars equipped with DCC suspension. So let's wait solution.

Car is going for dealer mechanic inspection/test ride in two weeks, after verified noise issue they will open a ticket to factory.

It has been rather cold (-15..-25 Celsius) here in Finland since I got my car 5 days ago, but I would not blame cold temperature for these clattering noise issues. Brand new car shall work also decently in winter conditions, acutally I'm quite a sure that issue will not disappear when temperatue is raised. There is also an other L&K Superb reported in Finland for these same issues. Mine is born 45/2015.

I have the same rear suspension noise problem in a brand new 280 L&K Combi with DCC suspension. Noise is some kind of clattering which can be heard easily in slow speed while driving for instance on a cobblestone road or passing through slow speed speed bumpers. Very irritating in Skoda "premium" class car. I have made sure that boot is empty from any goods which could cause this noise. Let's wait dealers opinion.
