After I've studied the wiring diagram for the better part of this evening I tripple-checked breaker no.6 and it was no good.
Talked to a friend that works as a Skoda mechanic. He said that there is a common problem with haldex cars and the skoda-world supported fix was to replace it with a 7.5A (instead of 5A)
It powers the instrument cluster and the Diagnostic interface. And the haldex-pump. Guess the -30 haldex oil was hardly flowing at that point.
Now I'll sleep like a baby.
