Following on from this thread: I’ve paid for (brief) access to erWin to try to view the online service record for our Yeti. The option to view the service record is there (it shows as option 8 on the menu as opposed to the directions in the thread), however when I choose it, I get a “you don’t have authorisation for this process” message and it asks me to log on again. If I do, it asks me to accept the t’s and c’s then return me back to the main menu. Am I missing something? Do I also need to pay the other fee for ODIS access? I would assume not but I can’t quite work this out. The reason I’m asking is that the dealer we purchased the Yeti from believes the cambelt has been changed however there is no invoice for this among the history file provided by the previous owner. Every other invoice is there for all services and other bits and bobs but no invoice for the cambelt which makes me wonder if it has actually been done. Thanks 🙂
