  1. Hi all. I am having a removable towbar fitted to my Monte Carlo in the next few weeks. Does anyone know if the trim that holds the cover on the rear bumper is available separately from the cover itself? I have sourced the cover but struggling to find the trim on its own. Many thanks.
  2. Hi all. Does anyone know if the USB port and 3.5mm in front of the gearstick on a facelifted Yeti still work if the headunit is upgraded to an RCD330+? I am looking at doing the upgrade but dont really want two to lose the two ports!
  3. Some great info there. So even if the car has the newest Bolero posted above my Michael, it may not be CarPlay compatible? Sounds like a minefield! With regards to the RCD330+, I had thought it would be a straight swap as it looks the same shape? Not all are equal - what should I look for? I am aware I would want the 'green' Skoda spec unit?
  4. Thats interesting, I didn’t realise those units had CarPlay. Is there a way of telling if the unit has Smart Link?
  5. This is the one A Bolero. I have noticed most of the Yeti's from 15' onwards have the newer Amundsen I think it is?
  6. Hi all, I have a 2015 Yeti Monte Carlo and I am hoping to replace the headunit with one that has AppleCarPlay etc. All the listings online state that the RCD330+ is only compatible with Yeti's up to 2014. Can anyone shine any light on this? Is there an adaptor or will it just not work with a 2015 car? Many thanks.
  7. Hi guys. First post on here as a prospective Yeti owner. I have been looking at yeti's for some time as they make a lot of sense for my use. My parents have had a Scout for 5 years now and it was one of the very first with the common rail engine. For a 4x4 estate it gives incredible fuel economy - on a run it is usually high 50's in to low 60's with ease. Given I am doing over 30,000 miles per year this is massively appealing and has made me wonder if perhaps a Scout would make more sense (I will be buying a second hand car). I know the Yeti is a less economical shape but has anyone had the use of both cars and can tell me how the fuel economy compares? Many thanks!
