Sorry for the delayed reply.... The picture quality is really good. You also get the HD channels so those ones obviously look better than the standard ones. It does struggle for reception though on certain channels but I guess this depends on your location. As a safety feature the picture turns off above 5mph (although clearly you shouldn't be watching it whilst driving anyway) but the sound is still present. Like I said before I can't see much use for it really. It's not like you're going to pull up outside your house and sit in your car watching TV . Unless you were locked out of course. However it would be good if the rear passengers could watch it whilst you're driving with rear head rest monitors if you had them fitted. May be one for the future or an expensive after market modification...

Took delivery of my Superb Estate 2.0tdi L&K on Monday 11th July (ordered on January 28th 2016) and it appears to be a MY2017 spec but it does have the TV tuner. To recap I have the following kit present in the vehicle: TV tuner New look frameless rear view mirror. 10 colour LED interior background lighting Virtual foot pedal (which works just fine) Looks like I may have been one of the lucky ones who got the TV tuner before the cut-off date. To be honest though I can't see much use for it and once the initial WOW factor has worn off of having freeview TV I doubt I'll ever use it.

Well after what's felt like the longest wait in history, finally took delivery of my Superb Estate 2.0tdi (150Ps) L&K on monday just gone. Ordered on 28th January 2016 via Jet Finance - Took delivery on 11th July 2016. Very impressed so far. Obviously very early days still but happy to report no issues at all and everything works as it should. Build quality is great, no rattles, squeaks or vibrations and it's a very comfortable cruiser especially on the motorway. For all of those who are still waiting for their cars, I'd say that it's worth the wait and hang in there.

Uncle Wang no my broker is JET finance. I'm stating a month for delivery but that's just me assuming! Could be longer in reality as I don't know the exact status of the car just that its in transit to the UK. Is was built sometime last week so I guess that could mean it's only just left the factory on its way to the port or it could actually be on the ship. It's all positive though as I had prepared myself up for a June delivery

Just had some fantastic news from my broker. Apparently mine has been built and is in transit to the UK. Should be looking at the end of April for delivery now which will make it approx 12 weeks from ordering, which is a huge improvement from my original quote of 20 weeks. Maybe I've just been lucky but it does seem like things are moving quicker now in general reading many of the recent posts on here. Broker placed order with Skoda 27th Jan. Actual build week was week 12 confirmed and now in transit to UK. Not sure if it's on the boat or waiting in the queue. Well it's still very early days for me but my unconfirmed build week has already been put back from week 11 to week 16... I did expect that to happen but you can't help but get annoyed when it does. It's only been 3 weeks now since order confirmation and it's driving me mad already. This is going to be one long and frustrating wait.

Suberb Estate L&K 2.0 TDi (150ps) manual in quartz grey with 18" anthracite Pegasus wheels, beige leather. A few minor options (hill hold, variable boot, rear sunblinds). Ordered 27th January via lease company. Given an unconfirmed build week of week 11, although reading through all of the threads on here I'm taking that with a pinch of salt! My current company car goes back at the end of March so I'll have to extend the lease for a couple of months at least. Realistically I think I'll be looking at getting the car at some point in June. Better settle in for a long wait!! Really looking forward to getting behind the wheel.... lots of patience required
