  1. Can anyone give me some advice, are you able to buy the button/switch for the interior light as in the picture attached. It's missing ad I require a new one, I've checked on ebay and replacement units all seem to be the lighter colour which wouldn't go with the interior and Skoda tell me that they don't sell the buttons individually and that I would have to buy a complete unit at 56 quid odd. Anyone know anywhere where I can just purchase the button for a reasonable price.
  2. Hi all, wondered if someone could point me in the right direction to find out the issue I have with my 2011 Fabia SE TDI, during the last year I've had an issue where every couple of months when I go to lock the car with the fob nothing happens resulting in me having to lock/alarm the vehicle by using the key in the lock, as it would only happen every couple of months I kinda just lived with it. Over the last few weeks though I've noticed it seems to have increased to about one every 3 days that it won't lock/alarm and surprisingly it only seems to occur at night, not first thing in the morning or during the day. Yesterday whilst the wife was using the car and pulled up and got out the car it auto locked and the alarms were blaring, she tried to unlock the car with the key but it didn't work, after about the 4th attempt it unlocked the drivers side door and she put the key in the ignition to stop the alarm, she tried all the other doors of the car and they were all still locked. This seems to have resolved itself later on in the day and has been working fine today. Can someone give me advice to what could be causing these issues, does it need a new unit somewhere, could it be an issue with the locking system or would it a faulty wire somewhere, any advice would be appreciated.
