My fault I didn't make it clear, but I was referring to a manual gearbox.

The 0 to 62 performance figures, am I correct in assuming these only apply when the car is in Sport mode? That when in Normal, Eco, etc. it would be slower? Also, why is it now 62 m.p.h. when it was always 60 m.p.h? Thanks

Thank you for the replies, most appreciated. It seems the general opinion is that most the front facing panels are leather, with the rest being synthetic.

Hi, For me it seems a bit of a grey area re. the standard upholstery of a 2016 Octavia SE L. I appreciate the alcantara bit. 100% man made but I like it very much, think it's excellent. It's the rest of the upholstery, the 'leather look' stuff. I think the brochure states something about 'part leather'? Is this leather? I don't think it is. Certainly doesn't smell of leather. I'm not bothered either way, but would appreciate it if someone could shed some light on it for me. Thanks
