Yes it just turned out to be completely dead starter, i just bought new one today and put it in voila the engine turned on Thank you guys for your help.

Okey so so i tried to hot wire it to straight to the positive on the battery and solenoid did not respond , and then i tried the motor and also no respond ? so do you guys think the starter is just plain dead ? i did check all the wires and all seems ok , should i take it out and test it better ? Thank you all in advance.

So i just happen to have the same problem at the gas pump did not start and battery good as far as i know, so it could be that solanoid could be the problem ? it is a comon thing even if the battery is low it always tries to start the engine but no it dose not even try? so i am first guess would be the solanoid.. Thank you all for this wonderful Skoda forum i have fixed many things on my skoda from this forum.
