Hello all, Im after some help retrieving the 4 digit skc for my octy II vrs tfsi. I have tried a few times with vag tacho 5 and get unsupported dash. The car build date is 18/ 12/ 2006 Immo VD1 1610 - 1Z0 920 912 C Engine ecu 1z0907115a - med9.1 ? Can anyone help me please, either with a guide or with the right software that will do the job. Try taking off the slip ring and moving it so that it reads 0 then refit with straight wheels. I bought a new one from ebay when i had problems, they are not expensive at around 20 euros and are locked at 0 deg to avoid this problem.

-71.92 degs ? not quite sure but shouldn't this be 0 deg when the wheels are straight - so if right either the slip ring had moved round when its been removed or its now faulty. have a look at the ross tech wiki again im sure it shows it as 0 deg with wheels straight. Also remember that it will not program if you have any abs errors, these must be repaired first.

Hello guys, did any of you manage to sort out the intermittent air con problem? I have it, the system has just been regassed and the high pressure sensor replaced. It works when you are driving but when stationary it cuts out. advice and help is much appreciated - and yes I have vcds. Rick.

I have been trying to work through the problems on my VRS for a while now. I have cured a few of then but I'm left with 00778 - Steering Angle Sensor (G85) 000 - - When I check measuring blocks ABS - 004 - field 1 no change is seen and I have changed the g85. cruise control has been fitted and since then no G85 (coding is ok for CCS and it show as functioning in measure blocks) Obviously the slip ring - g85 and steering wheel controller have been taken off. Is there any special procedure that should her been observed when refitting? Or do I have two duff G85 sensors? I really need some help with this please. VCDS scan below. I have a few issues on my 07 octavia vrs and I can't trace the fault or clear the errors. Some help would be great please. Below is the VCDS scan. Ive just bought my first sdoda - a vrs tfsi. It has a few issues (which was reflected in the price) and im having trouble correcting them. Some help would be great please. Below is the VCDS scan. Im near Eastbourne if anyone near can help it would be great. 1. It had a faulty abs sensor (rear right) thats been changed and the fault has gone but I have 01314 - Engine Control Module 013 - Check DTC Memory - what is this and where do I check it. I can't find DTS in the Engine Control Module, What do I need to do please? 2. 000256 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) P0100 - 004 - Supply Voltage Faulty MAF or wiring? wiring looks fine right back to ecu (ugh that evil anti tamper cage) 3. 00778 - Steering Angle Sensor (G85) 000 - - Does this need to be basic programed, after a cruise control stalk was fitted?
