I rekon so. The harness goes into a conduit fairly close to the sensor and down into the bowels.not looking forward to tracing????????

Replaced the sensor but the fault returned.i put the black lead of my meter to ground and the other lead to the contacts of the socket for the sensor and there was no voltage at either one. Since the fault reads sensor A circuit high inpu t,would this suggest a short rather than a faulty ecm unit??

Hi sorry for jumping in on this thread but i think you might be able to help me.im trying to repair a previous owners botched repair under the seat.i cut out a bad connection between the floor and lead running to the second plug.i wrote down the colour orientation then lost it.i need to know which wire goes to which between brown,black,yellow and the green,white,brown shown in your pic.thanks

Thanks for your reply.the problem i have is where that lead plugs into the socket mounted on the floor was bypassed and while repairing it i lost my notes saying which of those wires connect to the brown black yellow in the floor.

Im fixing a previous owners repair on the wiring under the passenger seat for the airbag.i wrote down the colour orientation then lost it.i need to know where the first connector wires black brown yellow connect to white brown green harness to the seat???

I have a 2006 mk11 octavia 1.9tdi and will be needing some pointers from some of you soon.its my first skoda of many as i am really happy with it.anyway thats the pleasantries done☺
