Picked up this 2017 GSXS 750 a few weeks ago. Wasn't initially my first choice but a great deal came up and I wouldn't go back now... grown to love it

for things with a strong edge like the lettering etc its a great product... so simple to use. Gives a matte finish though... which suited me. The vRS badge was a little tricky though as I wanted the middle section cut out to show the colour, was quite fiddly. If you're happy with it all black though it couldn't be simpler

not sure the tone here is quite necessary? I think you may have misunderstood the intention of my post? I'm well aware that the earlier you look to change the more likely you are to be in negative equity at that point. What I asked was, what position people were finding themselves in at the end of their current PCP terms (i.e still in negative equity). I was also pointing out that it has depreciated faster than I would have expected at this stage of ownership. I'm not desperate to get out of my deal, indeed I'm more than happy to stay with the current car... however I've seen a couple of great deals recently and had the car not been so far in negative equity I may well have taken a small(ish) hit and jumped into something else. Not sure how any of your comments are relevant tbh?

You do for handing back to Skoda etc. Doesn't apply if you want to trade early or at a different dealer unfortunately

How are people getting on that are coming to the end of the PCP? What sort of value are they giving you at trade in etc? My car is only 18 months old and they value it at 14.5k leaving me with over 3k of negative equity is this likely to improve any in the next 18 months? Mine was on 0% finance so I kinda hoped it wouldn't be so far out

I've recently put raised gel plates on mine, the rear being slightly shorter than standard... I think they look better than bog standard and are 100% legal so no issues there

I know this has been covered a million time but I'm struggling lol. Firstly I'm wanting the H&R lowering springs but no idea the best place to buy from? can anyone provide direct links? Can I get the wrong ones or is there only one? Second, I wanted some spacers to fill the arch... again any direct links to the correct ones? It'd be interesting to start a list of those affected... what year/model/body shape/wheel size/tyre to see if there is a pattern of those affected I'd still bet that it's a tiny proportion of cars sold that actually suffer this problem

still find this whole topic strange... my 2016 estate has no cabin boom at all, at least I've never noticed it and nobody that has travelled in my car has mentioned anything, which you think they would given how much an issue it is apparently on some cars? Plus road noise isn't an issue either?!?! my wife's mini is much worse and the qashqai I had before the ocatvia was noiser too. Strange really

So I've been using smartlink with my iPhone 6 happily for 18 months until now... I've just upgraded to a galaxy s8 and can't for life of me work out how the hell to use it, I expected it to just work right out of the box like iPhone do but it doesn't. Firstly should I be using mirrorlink or android auto? It seems to force me to use Samsung Car Mode but that won't let me access Spotify? There is an app called android auto but it still kicks me back to Car Mode... I'm going round in circles and all I wanna do is get damn Spotify on the screen

yes and no, regarding the 230... while the book price was well priced for the extra kit that came with it, it was not included in the 0% finance offer on the regular vRS. Its why I ended up going for the regular one with the black pack +

yeah just seems so weird to me because if it were an inherent design fault (the booming and extra road noise) it would be present in ALL cars but it isn't... not by a long way. I feel for the small percentage of owners in this thread that are suffering but I guess the vast majority must be fine (or this thread would be a LOT bigger than it is). Just wonder what the difference is between those suffering and those not. Strange one indeed and good luck resolving your issues

agree with the above saved a fair whack by using them... my local dealer initially offered very little discount but when faced with the carwow quote matched it after some pushing.

Seems so strange to me all this, mine has no issues whatsoever no boom at all and the road noise is minimal. It's quieter than my wifes petrol mini by a long long way, and quieter than my dads diesel golf (2013). i find it quite incredible there is so much difference between cars, in fact I wouldn't believe it all if it wasn't for so many people posting about it on this topic... really confused by it all

I can only speak for when I ordered mine (12 months ago) but I paid for the black design package + and it came with black roof rails. I didnt have to order them separately at an extra cost
