  1. Looking at lowering springs for my wife's vrs, at first I was going to buy the eibach's as they are skoda aprovred but after looking a little more I've seen that H&R also do some and I've had good experiences with them before who's got what and what are the pro's and con's for them, also are there any other credible brands that are with looking at, KW for instance???
  2. We offer paint correction and sealants/coatings however we try not to bull customers up as most do, the prices at the top of this thread are about right but as to the longivaty of the products I have to diss agree with, we always try to explain to our customers that your coatings will only last as long as you take care of them, I.e if you had the 7yr applied but took your car to hand car washes then you'll find it's life span half due to chemicals used, you'll oonly get the best out of your coating if you take care of it correctly, I.e using the correct shampoos, cleaning products So think carefully about which coating you want or even ask the detailers for product advice for looking after your coating, it's realy not as easy as having a coating applied then your car being protected for the next however many years, Alternatively you çould invest in a quality wax and cleaning products and simply keep upto it your self
  3. Well I don't think we will bother with putting stickers back on, not bothered about being looked at, the wife's last car had candy purple wheels, I think we're going to make our own spec up instead, thinking grey roof, wheels, mirrors, grill top and lower centre bumper
  4. I did some research on the car before I bought it and yes it's had the dsg done and full skoda history. The car no longer has the stickers on but there are some bits left where the fog surrounds are and you can see a very faint line up the bonnet where the sticker has been. Very clean car, I've been and viewed 7cars and some with silly low mileage, (spent weekends driving up and down the country) but were very happy with this one. I have a customer who owns a wrap firm and had concidered having the stickers back on for when I come to sell it but wasn't sure if it would be of any benifit?
  5. Hi guys I'm new on here, I'm sure this may have come up before but just wondering if anyone can confirm how to identify an S2000 model vrs? From what I've read/know the were all green, had white roofs/wheels and had the decal kit on the sides-bonnet and lower front bumper. I believe there were only 20 made and were all 2011 plates. My questions are #1 is it identified on the logbook as S2000 or do all vrs fabias state this? #2 if only 20 were made does that make them worth anymore? From what I understand most of the S2000 had there decals removed but if one had all the decals in place would that make it more desireAble? Thanx guys
  6. Hi guys, just a quick polite hello to the forum, Myself and my wife have just bought a racing green fabia vrs tsi ( believe it is an s2000 model). We've been looking for one for the past few months after my wife's previous car was written off by a careless driver. I'm a huge petrol head and enjoy most aspects of Motorsport, I enjoy the odd track day when funds permit and am hoping to attend a few in the new car. I work for the family buisness #jessopmotorbodies as a panel beater /painter so I'll be happy to answer any queries people may have on body repairs /paintwork, Anyway that's enough about me but I'm glad to be on here and hopefully get to talk to some of you guys in the future Thanx
