  1. Kendob's post in MY13 Combi Power boot was marked as the answer   
    Car went in yesterday, they gave me a loaner and replaced both sides.
    Got it back today, no hassle, no nonsense and a 'health check' video which i thought was a nice touch.
     
    Very pleasantly surprised, they just won themselves a service in October and maybe even 4 new tyres.   :clap:
