FOR SALE – 73/100 Registered 1 March 2002 A rare opportunity to purchase one of the remaining 16 Octavia WRC 100 Edition cars left in the UK. 73/100 was fully restored by Des Jansen (delcac on here) during 2015/16/17. Des lived in Kent and he and Pete Drury who owned 66/100 decided to carry out a joint restoration of the two WRCs. Whatever was done to No 66 was also done to No 73 and Pete maintained a blog of the restoration of No 66 - see attached link: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/370561-wrc-66100-and-88100/ Back in 2016 the two cars were considered as the best WRCs in the country. Approximately £16,000 was spent on the restoration of No 73 turning it into an almost brand new Octavia WRC. All parts replaced were new genuine from Skoda. I purchased the car in May 2018 with the mileage on 113600 and it has been a privilege to own a piece of Skoda history. It still looks and drives like a new car. The only imperfection is a dent on the bonnet where I dropped a hammer! I also have lots of spares to go with the car including another Decal set from the original supplier to Skoda (about £1200 value). I have 2 folders of receipts and photos of the restoration including a very rare certificate of authenticity from Skoda. Congratulations thommo41 I took delivery of my identical vRS petrol estate 2 weeks ago. It's absolutely fabulous and definitely worth the wait of nearly 10 months. Ordered in March 22 with Pan roof and a couple of extras. Just fitted genuine Skoda mudflaps to help lessen the stone chips and given it a couple of coats of Meguiars wax to protect it as best as I can.

thommo41 I ordered my Race Blue vRS petrol estate manual on 30th March 2022. Original delivery date was April 2023. My dealer in Cardiff informed me the build week was 48 and the car is currently on the way to the docks in Germany. Hoping it'll be at the dealer for mid January. My advice is to keep waiting. It'll be here soon...

FOR SALE - my wife's 2018 Fabia Monte Carlo TSi Estate Manual 6 speed 1.0 turbo 110 bhp Facelift m.odel in sought after Race Blue Metallic This is quite a rare car being the estate and a Monte Carlo edition. Registered in April 2018. Masses of room in the boot and the seats fold to give a large carrying area. One previous owner and has just clocked over 29,300 miles from new. Full service history with main dealers and Skoda specialist. It had a new clutch fitted under warranty at 8456 miles in December 2019. Last serviced at 24,446 miles in March 2022. Car is in immaculate condition throughout. Really smart Monte Carlo interior with all the toys. Has front and rear genuine Skoda mudflaps, Panoramic sunroof which gives light but doesn't open and twin internal blinds. The exterior of the roof is black. Good Bridgestone tyres all round - rears are original; fronts were replaced a couple thousand miles ago. The Race Blue paintwork is stunning and is almost unmarked with just a few very minor stone chips to the front. The alloys are all good with just a couple of marks to the front ones. We have a new Octavia estate arriving in January hence the sale. The Fabia will be available towards the middle of January, maybe a bit before. I estimate it will be around 29,750 miles by mid January. It really is a lovely car and surprisingly nippy with the turbocharged one litre 110 bhp three cylinder engine. I didn't want a three cylinder engined car but was gobsmacked when I test drove it and it has certainly won me over and my wife too who has loved it. She has managed an average of 59.8 miles per gallon on several longish runs which for a modern petrol car is as good as a diesel car! Offers close to £11,795 which is what Motorway.co.uk have quoted. An update on my order for an Octavia vRS TSi 245 Manual Estate in Race Blue with Pano roof, towbar prep and spare wheel. Car was ordered on 30th March 22, built in week 48 and is currently en route to the German docks. Dealer expects it early January which is 3 months ahead of schedule.

I had an e-mail from my dealer in Cardiff today. Build is scheduled for 28 November - week 48. Ordered on 30 March so wasn't expecting it 'till April 2023 at the earliest so now looking forward to it. Maybe delivery sometime in January?? How long does it take from build week to delivery at dealer in UK - over 1 month I would guess with Christmas in the mix?
