We use the very same Kamei Topstar XL on our Yeti. It fits fine but I had to get a short stubby aerial from eBay as the original one bent backwards. Also the open tailgate does hit the back of the roof box (around the high level brake light). I keep meaning to stick a rubber pad to the roof box at the touch point, meanwhile I keep a cloth handy for protection.
We have the low profile Thule wing bars, set as far forward as possible on the roof rails, so you may have less of a problem with conventional bars and brackets which lift the box a bit higher.
Unfortunately the box is in our garage in France and we are in the UK at the moment, otherwise I would add a photo.
