  1. Hi Cozza, I am sorry to hear that you still have this issue The problematic part was with this number: 04l129766n, check it in google. I am not sure if it is the same as the posted one from you. If the name is air cooler, so I think it is the same... Intercooler = Air cooler. My technicians used color reactor and UV lamp. Also they said that it was very hard to simulate the engine temperature work. They removed the part and used some tank with very hot water in order to reach the working temperature of the engine. Not sure how they do that, but they just let me know for this procedure. Hope they figure out what could be. Its very unsatisfied to have brand new car and for a few past kilometers to have this nightmare... BR, Vlad
  2. Hello, Yeah gasket is the right word , sorry for my English. I am glad to say that my problem was resolved. The problem was from this part: 04l129766n. I passed 1000km and there is no lost of my coolant. @Cooza, if you can check this part with your dealer, it could be the same issue with your car. Also now if I take off my cap from the coolant tank, when the car is cold, there is no Hiss. Here is on link from my service with little explanation and pictures: https://www.facebook.com/airshox/posts/656622761164009 regards, Vlad
  3. Hi Cooza, I really know what you feeling...this is a big nightmare! I will put one update on which state I am now: As I told you in my last updates, we also changed a lot of parts, and didn't solve the problem. My service told me that the problem part of my problem was in the head garnish of the cylinders head, so we changed it, but the car still loosing coolant. Now we put a color reactor in the liquid and made again a pressure tests. And we saw that there are spots occurred from the coolant liquid on the 1st and 2nd cylinder from the inter cooler(Intake man: 04l129766n). When we remove the inter cooler we saw a lot of spots from color reactor, so this part is broken and it full with holes, from where the liquid is loosing. Therefore now we will replace this part for sure: 04l129766n. And will let you know if this fixed the problem Br, Vlad
  4. Hello guys, So what happened with my car.... We removed the cylinder head Sent it to special service, where they checked everything on her. - Scanned the head - No damages, no cracks. - They replaced all valve seals (erasers), sorry for my English, but its hard to say: remove a layer of the head with sander (it a normal procedure when you are removing the head) . - Returned back the head. My service said that maybe the problem is from the garnish head, since there is nothing damaged with the head. Also they saw some spots from antifreeze, when they removed the Head. So they fit all the parts back and replaced: - 3 garnish (garnish head, garnish of the valve cover, one more which I forgot where its stays), - new head bolts - new engine OIL with filter (Castrol 5w30). - new Coolant liquid was replaced. After one month waiting for all these repair procedures, I finally took my car, with hope all the problems were solved. I passed 400 km and again the coolant was under the min line. I called back to my service and went to them, they said it could be some air in the system and topped up to max. Now I will drive again and will see if problem occurs again. But this is a big nightmare... Br, Vlad
  5. Hi guys, I was wondering also if these FK automotive lowering springs are good for MK3 VRS Combi. I am watching these: LINK A friend of mine bought FK for BMW 1 series and its looks very nice. Lower 40mm
  6. Hello guys, some update from me also... My service checked yesterday the inter cooler, but its not from it. Today will make some other pressure tests and if they cannot find anything will continue with removing the Cylinder Head..
  7. Hi, I have an Amundsen and I am on SW: 0421. Could you PM me with the info pleaseee Many thanks
  8. Yes all the problems are the same like Cozza. When the car is hot and open the hood, the level is under the min, after some time around 15 min I left her to came cold, and release the cap, the level of the liquid is getting little bit more than min mark. At the morning when the car is cold, if I release the cap I can hear hass, but the level its still under min. So there is a pressure.
  9. Hey Skoda guys, I am from Bulgaria and I have the same problem with my Octavia Vrs 2.0 TDI. Like Cozza. my car has the same problem, but is out of warranty now and its around 200k km. Also the car is loosing coolant around 300ml for 300km. 4 times I was in our local Skoda BG and we replaced the following parts: - Water pump - EGR coolant - Changed all the coolant liquid to check for air in the system - Made a pressure test without effect and they told me that we can continue with the Head. Because I am out of warranty and I wanted to double check with other service not in Skoda, I took the car to other service. - They checked again for but there is no indication of leaking on the first view and they replaced the tank cap, but didn't help. - They made some kind of video look if they can see any of sign of internal leak, but didn't saw. - Now they will make some test pressure of inter cooler and if the results are low they will replace it, if not, we are going to remove the Head to check it. I will keep in touch for my problem. Hope will give you a hints about this nightmare. BR, Vlad
