I am not surprised that your iPhone works okay, because from friends who I know who have iPhone's they work with VW systems okay, so I suspect I could experience the same problem with the Elroq as I do with my T-Roc.

I am considering an Elroq as my next car but would like to know from existing owners what their experience is with the incar entertainment system. Current car is a VW T-Roc and my wife and I both have Google phones, which regularly have issues connecting to the cars entertainment system. Maybe the problem is more to do with Android Auto, but even so, we will not be buying another VW car and with Skoda being part of the VAG Group, I'm keen to see if we could experience the same problems with an Elroq.
