Just seen a print out from a standard 230 on a rolling road the car was kicking out 247.3 bhp!!!! I'll try and post the pic!

I've managed to connect wlan to my phone, you need to enable your phone to be used as a mobile hotspot. Dont know what use it is though

Don't worry the pain will soon disappear as you open up the 230!

My MY17 230 didn't come with a black spoiler, on pick up I asked the dealer about this and apparently you only get a black spoiler if you've added the sliding sunroof!

Not had it on a rolling road but I reckon that rumour maybe true, it feels a lot, lot, lot quicker than my 200BHP mkii. A lot quicker than what en extra 30bhp i thought would feel like.

. it has the skoda start/stop engine system - I got this confused with a start/stop button! I can't stop driving the damn thing flipping love it! That sound generator gives you a bit of a headache though

The stars aligned and I picked up my 230 this afternoon.....it's awesome had a mk1 and mk11 vrs and this is a huge step up from the mk11. Just one gripe though I'm sure I was told the 230 had the start stop button....mine hasn't!

That's what I thought, but email read end of October first week November!

My build week is 42 (october 17th) dealer told me to expect my car at the showroom at the end of the month! Not a chance i reckon!

What's the time scale between end of build to being at the dealer?

Friend of mine has just got a M140i on a £300 a month PCH deal.........took me for a spin in it the other day WOW WOW WOW WOW!

Ordered mine 19th June told to expect it mid November so that will be a 5 month wait for me.....flippin joke!

Been given a build week for my 66 plate 230 by Simpsons, week 42 (17th October) so that will be 18 weeks from my order date. They reckon it will be in the showroom for the end of Oct. - I reckon i'm being told porkies!

You also having problems........can't even get an email back from my dealer with a progress update

Did everybody get notified of their cars build date or are there any circumstances where the dealer will just notify you when it's built?

When did you order? Ordered mine on July 19th and I've heard nothing since!
