  1. Our Columbus RNS510 radio etc. went BANG and started restarting and banging again over a period of a month. A scan by our garage was not forthcoming. Looking online I found here in Switzerland http://refixit.ch/ People from all over Europe with these units in their VAG cars come here or send him their gear. On the website he quotes 590 Swiss francs but this is out of date and it’s now 790. it took him two hours to diagnose, repair and update our Columbus with a six month guarantee. A new replacement Columbus cost thousands. There are very few people who mend these infotainment systems, not on,y from Yetis. This chap is a downright genius, his workshop, full of equipment and RNS 510s and others, is astonishing. He has been doing this for 25 years. Not only that but he is au fait with many VAG wiring looms, showed me the complete wiring loom of an Audi A8 in a massive box. Highly recommended, a wonderful discovery
