Tjo, Precis bokat in bilen för service, 2015 Superb 4x4 170 tdi. Vi har haft den i ungefär ett år, det är en 2015 men den är uttagen i slutet av 2014. Så nu när mätaren börjar närma sig 6000 mil och åldern 3 år är det dags för en större service. Prisförslaget för den från Skoda var 12000 kr lite drygt. Är detta normalt? Låter väldigt dyrt, även om de skulle byta olja i växellåda och 4x4 diffen.

I'm not at all a believer of the whole "It won't make any change whatsoever" crap, but it seems you have some other issue with your car as well locomansimon. I'm guessing by now they would've made the change to thousands upon thousands of cars, and if all turned out as bad as you claim I have a really hard time explaining why we haven't heard more about it. Most seem content with the fix, even if some clear dyno/mpg numbers would be neat to see.

We just purchased a 2015 TDI 170hk and while the vendor (official Skoda reseller here in Sweden) told me our car is due for a Software Update in regards to "Dieselgate", it wouldn't be performed until later and "Will not affect me or the car in any discernible way", which I have in writing. As this is my first Skoda (or VAG car whatsoever), it'll be interesting to see how this pans out. It'll be interesting to say the least
