Does anyone know if its possible to carry 4 bikes on a roomster. I dont have roof rails or a tow bar so i believe my only options are either a rear mounted carrier or getting a towbar fitted. From what i remember, the nose weight on the roomster isn't very much and 4 bikes may be too much for it. I can't carry them inside as i will have suitcases to. Thanks for any advice

I have found several versions of the latch on the well known auction site. They all say they are the front right lock actuator but have different oem part numbers. Is there any way of knowing which is the correct one bar taking off the door card and looking at the existing. The part numbers quoted are 3B1837016AQ AM BV BP BR. The last two letters change each time.

As an update: I couldn't see any broken wires so took it in to the dealer. They diagnosed the fault to a faulty motor/control module in the drivers door. They couldn't see the central locking fault so assumed it had fixed that. The windows now work but the central locking is still intermittent. I've taken it back and the drivers latch is on its way out too. Seeing as I've just shelled out nigh on 400 for the first repair and they've quoted 220 just to get the latch in, how easy is it to replace the drivers central locking latch?

Is there an obvious way to see the broken wires, are they literally snapped. I pulled off the gater and everything appeared to be okay. The electric mirrors and c locking still works fine.

Hi Does anyone have any suggestions as to why both passenger and driver electric windows have stopped working. I've checked the fuses which seem to be okay. The rear ones are manual.

Hi everyone, I have an 07 Roomster 3 with projector headlights. The other week I had a low speed collision with the back of a tractor which had a scoop attached to the back. The scoop hit just above the front bumper. It didn't seem to do much damage, mainly the plastic grill snapped, but the nearside headlight seems to shine slightly lower than the offside. I think it may have been jolted by the tractor. Does anyone know where the adjustment screws are to realign it. I can see one screw behind the grill but wondered where the others are. Thanks for any help.

Could I fit a Columbus or bolero without too many problems?

If I wanted to replace the radio with an aftermarket version, what would I need to look for. I believe, after looking around the forums that it would need to support canbus 1.6.

As I thought. Looks like a trip to that well known auction site to find a replacement.

Hi Hopefully someone can give me a bit of guidance witha problem i'm having with my radio. I have an '07 Roomster with the Dance CD radio fitted. recently it started switching itself off but would turn back on again. Now, however, it doesn't turn on with ignition. If i press the volume button to turn it on, the knob illuminates for 1 second and it makes a whirring noise then shuts down. Is it time for a new radio? Regards
