1year after delivery i realise that the trick is to have the key in mynpocket....Then it works locked/unlocked

Does yours work good if the car is unlocked? Mine works 10/10 if the car is lockd and i have the key in my pocket, but if the car is unlocked it works 1/10 or 0/10
