  1. Great to know that..... Maybe I'm just afraid from what I've been reading about LED trailer lights.... Are your full LED(diodes), or you just put LEB "Bulbs" ??? Sorry for all these questions
  2. MAybe I will have no problems..... does it show on the turnig signal on the dashboard everytime you turn it on?
  3. Hi Everyone, Sorry to start a new topic with this subject, but had no luck or answer when looked for it. Do our cars fitted with OEM tow bar and electrics recognise trailer led bulbs? My car recognises my trailer incandescent (normal) bulbs with no problem, warning me when they do go out. I'm thinking to get a cargo box wich comes equiped with Led Lamps that draw less wattage, but I'm afraid that I will get the trailer failure all the time! Any help with this....? Do you know the solution if it does not recognise these LED bulbs? MAny Thanks
  4. Thanks a lot. Sorry, can get it cheaper from Travall with postage included. Many thanks again for your reply.
  5. Hi Andyasjl, Thanks for your reply, trulley appreciated. That is indeed a great idea, but honestly I prefer the Travall one, with no gaps. I will try to get one of the Travall one and see if I can do the mods..... Let's see... If not I wi think about your opinion. Best Regards
  6. I did, not great help though..... They told me I could try and do it myself. Would have to buy the normal divider with no refund if didn't work (of course I was not expect other thing!), but honestly it was not a big help or professional! :P Best Regards
  7. Hi and Sorry all, I've tried to do my best in drawing in the computer so you can give me your advice... Once Travall doesn't bother about producing a boot divider for ours PanoRoofs my idea is to cut (1 line of squares of the normal boot divider). Checking both PanoRoof and normal dog guards the only difference to me is that the panoroof one is 1 line of squares lower than the normal one. ( please correct if I'm wrong) So, if I cut that measure on the boot divider and reweld again on the new position that should work? all the other fixings are on the same spot.... I think. Regards
  8. Thanks a lot Jon_r I will wait for the quote on postage and price for the divider
  9. Hi Jon_r, Are you interested in selling just the Travall boot divider? How much for it? Thanks in advanced
  10. Hi Andy thanks a lot for your precious reply, it is trully appreciated! Looking in to the pictures, I think either or are copy of each other, they are slightly different in waht concerns design and materials.... My problem here is not the floor but as you also mentioned the pano sunroof... Looked into their website and the boot divider will have the same problem as the Travall one for the pano sunroof.... the higher clips will be too high seen the height of the pano sunroof dog barrier... will need to cut and weld the top part so it can fit inside. The roof is quite a bit lower on our version... if you look into the pictures of the 2 dog barriers pano roof (there is one less row of squares in height for our version) I hope I explained myself good, and sorry for my English. I would love pictures of the travall normal divider to see if I can do the conversion. Totally agree!!!! It has been a great adition to mine!!!! I have exact the same set-up and colour as you!!!! Great choice! :P Even the boot mat. I^ve got the Skoda original one as you I think!!! The same opinion about getting your hands into the lower part... I avoid put stuff there, only if you need to change the tire.... Agreed! Tahnk you all for the replies!!! Any detailed photos of te Travall Divider for normal version??? Regards,
  11. Hi Scot5, Great post and I agree with you, though, I have the hatchbag, just like Weiss and it does a really good job protecting the leather from our friends.... Any ideas/ photos about doing a modification on the normal divider to a panoramic sunroof car? Best regards
  12. Hi all Travall users, Sorry for coming again with this subject, but I really need your help... Probably Weiss can help me a bit more with some photos.... So, as mentioned before by some users the Travall Dog Guard is different for any car with the panoramic sunroof (the grill is smaller due to the fact of the roff being also lower than the normal roof). This is my case, I have the Panoramic Roof. Now, that the family is growing.... I am very disappointed with Travall. How come a brand like them manufactures a Dog Guard for car with panoramis sunroof (that I am very pleased with , by the way!) but then they don't have the option of the boot divider for this case!!!! Honestly, that doesn't make any sense to me.... Contacted them, and they are not even thinking to produce it (I think it will not be a difficult modification to do to the original one). That's where I need some help from you (all users that have the boot divider for the normal octavia, please) I need some detailed pictures (please) from the boot divider because I think, once I lower (cut & weld) the top part of the divider that will allow the divider to go in with the panoramic roof... Can someone please help me befor I buy the part and do the modification. Thank you so much in advanced
  13. Bingo, Eureka!!!! As simple as that! Thank you so much everyone guys, specially PetrolDave. Indeed with the Skoda original SD Card it goes like a feather!!! Maybe that's the reason why we can not upload the POI's danger Zones! I will not mess again now, just using my old garmin to help me out with the radars on my 2000km trip. Thank you so much again eveyone.
  14. No no Again!!!! Shoot for these updates... Do you guys thin it can be from the just newly bought SD Card (Micro SDHC UHS-I Card with adapter 32GB 80MB/s)?
  15. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge! I'm trying it now with an extra SD Card and leaving the original one if something doesn't go right! Firs try was a no go! This time I'm just copying the files named map. Will try again Sorry Guys, by the way, did anyone was lucky enough to load de POI's Danger Zones (aka radars) on to the Amundsen? Cheers
  16. Thanks a million for the replies! Will do that..... Now just have to wait 5 1/2 hours for the download to my pc.... OMG! 12GB By the way, went to the navigation system information menu on the car and said maps ECE 2016. On the upload portal it said download available for ECE 2016/2017. Do you guys think it is the same??
  17. Hi Everyone, So my question is? On Amundsen: (Skoda Octavia Sout 16) Should we format the original Skoda SD Card and then copy the downloaded files? ( I'm really afraid of formating the original SD Card!!!) Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm about to do a 2000km trip and didn't want to loose the maps before it Warm Regards
  18. Hi Ernieb, I've bee trying to look for this for a long time.... No answers found in any forum, just for the Columbus. BTW, I still don't have my Scout, Monday is the day!!!! I used skoda's POI website,to upload the radars files. Most for sure it is not going to work.... But really looking forward to have the car and the GPS working with radar alerts. Will try as soon I get the car. Have Fun
  19. Hello everyone from France! I'm Portuguese, owner of Defender90, and future owner of a Scout 2.0 184 DSG, due to family reasons... A baby is on the way, and as we married guys know most of the times wives can persuade us to do whatever they want.... (most of the times ), and as much as I said that I would install a Baby seat on top of the dog cage on the back of my Defender, she told me it would be very difficult for her to get in the Defender with a big belly. Ok, Ok, I always had the Skoda brand on mind, specially the Scout Model, and that was the excuse to get it!!!! :) I join this amazing forum, basically to learn for now, because I will be new on to this brand and car, but hopefully in the future I can share information with you as well, but for now if anyone needs information about Land Rover Defender, please just shoot and on that I can try help more than in Skoda. Congratulation Guys for this Amazing Forum
