Anyone know if the canton is going to improve? It is the one thing that is putting me off ordering one. I don't mind the looks to be honest. I'll want the VRS so hopefully should have a few tarty bits to improve the looks.

A dealer has told me likely Q2 2017 and orders being accepted Jan/Feb 2017. I was going to order but delaying until the facelift is released. I hope the Canton is improved as that is the only thing putting me off!

Sorry hit the send button to quickly. ... I am happy to downgrade to a) save costs (about half the cost in BIK and trade up contribution) and free up some cash to upgrades the main family car to a 4x4. Plus I want my mid life crisis to continue in something a bit more GTi!

Hello all. New member here. Just doing tonnes of research on an Octavia VRS as my next company car. I've had a mixed car history as follows:- Mazda 323f BA 1998 Primera GT 1999 Merc C180 1998 CIvic Type S 2.2 Diesel 2009 Insignia Elite 2013 Audi A3 Black Edition 2010 Passat CC GT DSG 170 2010 Merc C220 Sport 2014 The Merc is a company car but the contribution is silly so giving that up for something cheaper, hence the search for a Skoda ???? I was about to arrange a test drive with a view of placing an order by end of October but then thought I would check when the model is being face lifted. A few websites are guessing 2017 but does anyone here have any ideas? I would rather wait for the facelift but can't really wait beyond say March 2017. Thanks
