Has anyone fitted a clarion max688rbt to an MK2 any issues with fitment? Thanks and sorry if this has been asked before.

Thanks for the information, don't have the roller adjustment on the dash so guessing should have had xenon's. Also talking about the fluid level sensor anyone heard of them playing up my one intermittently says fluid low but topped up day before. Seems to be better I've changed from the cheap halfords stuff. Can't see why what fluid in it would make a difference.

Have a quick question, was having a look at my car (2007 Octavia vRS derv) and have the headlight washer but the bulbs are h7 but I'm guessing they should have been xenon bulbs? Are the headlight units the same and previous owner just put in wrong bulbs?

Sorry if this has been discussed before just can't find it. Having an issue with my screen wash level warning light it's been coming on as if levels are low but topped it up the day before. Sometimes it doesn't come on and next time I start the car comes on? Is it just a dodgy sensor or is there anything more sinister? Thanks for any info

It's a 6 speed manual. My description probably wasn't the greatest, it's more hesitation on the throttle at say around 2krpm at low speed around 30mph just for a split second or so then becomes ok once turbo spools up.

Thanks pretty much exactly what is happening with me! No motorways near me at all!! Will take the car a good run this evening to do a DPF regeneration. Will also have a look EGR also don't look to difficult job to do and clean.

Thanks its the older PD170. Will have a look at it later on today. Might give it a clean up first and see how it goes. Probably end up replacing it at some point no doubt. Thanks

Egr easy enough to remove/clean? Not looked at it myself as yet! Car runs like I like a dream just @ around 1800 rpm kind of feels like a dip in power.

Sorry in advance if this has already been mentioned. Have a Octavia vRS estate and occasionally feel a slight judder/ hesitant on the throttle only for a split second then fine. Run the car between 2/2.5krpm for a while and returns to normal. Am I right in thinking this could be the DPF starting to clog up? No light on dash just a bit unsure as first car with a DPF.
