stupid question....whats the bcm? interesting thread , considering putting hid's in my own car
-
Ok , look before someone posts up a link to an archived thread, I have already read through more than several threads on lowering spring options , so im not looking for advice in that regard.. So, from all the digging through threads ive done, its Eibach or H&R 30mm springs, ive gone with the h&r even though the Eibach are cheaper..but if people think im overlooking Eibach for whatever reason, please, im open to all advice. Theres two sets on ECP , both have the same technical spec's, So whats the difference in the two. Set 1 - £181 http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Skoda_Octavia_2.0_2011/p/performance-cars-styling/performance-suspension/performance-styling-parts/lowering-spring-kit/?981440911&1&6c653d76c23fd2285cdbd179a94fe4f59404b8b9&000559 Set 2 - £158 http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Skoda_Octavia_2.0_2011/p/performance-cars-styling/performance-suspension/performance-styling-parts/lowering-spring-kit/?981440921&1&ded13c5bfdda636db2da3ef0f691b257c6acb8e1&000559 So whats the difference in the two apart from the price? And secondly, the wheel spacers, 15mm hubcentric is what i need from what ive read on here. My question is theres unbranded generic sets on eBay for about 35 quid a pair. Are the branded wheel spacers better or willl the ebay one's be just as good? Wheel spacers in question http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141453053379?clk_rvr_id=1114609008921&afsrc=1&rmvSB=true Thanks in advance, all advice appreciated

This looks great, anyone do this to a blue car? -
Perfect, ive read a couple off things since.

looks good

looks good, and very clean.... bet the black wheels look awesome???
-
just read through, car looks great, colour combo is great, and the front and rear splitter really make a job off it. Did i read that wrong, the ride height is higher after you fitted the 35mm springs??

Apologies in advance if this has been covered.. im currently looking into buying an octavia VRS, 2012 or so, i would like to hear peoples experience off the dsg system with the flappy pedals, ive always had manual cars , but im open to change if its worth it... So, whats the low down on the DSG system, good or bad?
