Yes m8. Had it done. It's a lot better running now especially in the lower gears. And diesel usage has increased slightly.

DPF light came on today.took car for a 30 minutes blast then light went off. Rhe car has had a few good runs over the last few weeks so don't know how it's on. But I have noticed the engine coolant fan has been running quite often over the last week or two. How often will this light come on now. 2013 Skoda fabia greenline 2. Is it worth having it removed as I'm most probably going to keep the car.

Cardiff remap. Been told they're really good. And not too expensive. £140. It's the bit more power I would want especially for the hills where I live as the 1.2 does struggle at times and it does effect the fuel economy too. But on a run. The car is brilliant. Pop along at 80 mph. All day on the motorway. And don't miss a beat.

Oh well finally bit the bullet and booked the car in for a remap on Friday. Been trying to sell it for a whilst due to needing more power. Can't sell. And trade in prices are bonkers. So I'm gonna have it remapped and run it into the ground as it's quite new. . Skoda fabia greenline 2 1.2 TDI. 2013. Before I do any advice not to would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ye I've looked at the yetis. But I do a lot of running around. So I'd be using loads of diesel. Might just bite the bullet and get a Renault captur or Nissan Juke.

Ye will have to ring up insurance and see how much extra a remap would put my insurance upto. Or don't tell them. Lol It's a shame really I have always had small cars. But only old ones. Bought my first decent car and after this short time don't like it.

I've had part ex price but not happy with it. Would lose £1500 over 3 months. Gonna ring around and see if I can get remap. But in meantime it's still for sale so hopefully will sell private. Will wait a few more weeks to have remap just incase it sells.

Do you guys think it's worth me getting my fabia greenline 1.2tdi remapped 2013 model. Failing that I'm selling it. Need something with more power. Using it more than I thought around town and not finding it as good as I thought. Lots of hills. Lol

Anyone ever fitted a satnav, radio Bluetooth device into their car instead of the basic one that comes with the car. Would prefer one of these fitted rather than use my phone or buy individual satnav.

Aint been in for the fix yet Might just bite my tongue and part ex it for a 1600 diesel engine

I was thinking of doing a remap on my fabia greenline 1.2 diesel? Is it worth it I know I could of just bought one with a bigger engine, on the run popping along at 70 to 80 mph it's great but around the hills I think it could do with a. Bit more grunt. Thanks

Engine management light does come on now and again And I've noticed that fuel consumption has dropped over the last week Only getting 45mpg

I'm having similar problems with my 1.2 diesel Greenline fabia I've got z faulty egr valve at the moment and the garage said when its replaced it will be ok Picked my fault egr valve on a diagnostics machine

Found a faulty egr valve code today on diagnostics machine They said that would cause the dan to kick in as often as it is Having new valve fitted next week Hope there're right

The last few days my fan has been kicking in on short and long journeys. I've checked oil. And coolant and all is ok I've had it diagnosed nothing found Fabia 1.2 diesel 2013

Cheers guys Im going to get the ones that's bolts into the holes under by the door seal and just put them on and off when I go fishing Thinking about it for the sake of having a small ratchet and socket in the boot of the car it will be the best As I only go fishing once a week so an extra few mins getting ready won't hurt

Has anyone used them soft padded removable roof racks, Was thinking of getting one of them instead of a permanent fixed one for my fabia. And are only £30.

Found out that the little microphone thing is part of a parrot Took it out and disconnected from back of stereo And at the moment I ain't heard any beeping noise Fingers crossed it's that Will keep you posted

Cheers m8. There is like a small microphone type thing which is attached to the interior light. I did ask them was it a Bluetooth parrot or something and could it be that that's beeping. They said they don't know. I gave got a pic of it.

Car has been in garage all day. Still no joy. Mmm getting frustrated now.
