Hi Am I right in thinking as long as I buy the above turbo it will fit my 2006 Fabia VRS? Also will it matter if it came off a golf for instance?

Hi I have been ringing round to try to get prices for a turbo for my VRS Fabia. Every one I have spoken to has said the Garrett dont do a turbo compatible with the Fabia VRS? I am obviously asking the wrong questions. Is there a part number for this turbo? in 130 and 150? Cheers in advance.

Adam, Brilliant, That brings back some memeories. Jean claud van dam is in that film somewhere Back to Alloy turbos. How much should a used PD130 or PD150 Garret turbo cost compared to a recon?

Hi Just following up from my last post re blown turbo on fabia VRS. I was just wondering what the general thoughts were on second hand turbos i.e. off of fleabay Also are there any recommendations for places to get recon turbos. Ive so far been quoted £750 for a new one. Cheers

Cool I think I may go down that road It'll make blowing the turbo seem a bit less painful Are there any links on here about the process that I can look at? Also what are your thoughts on new vs recon vs used Cheers

The previous owner had a remap and apparently got another 40 hp out of the car I suppose they should have upgraded the brakes etc then ? Also how much would it roughly cost to get it over 200 hp? Sounds good so far
