Every Sportline I’m seeing on the used car websites seems to have the Centre screen with buttons on it, the older style setup. Is that what what is standard, or am I only seeing older models?

Anyone know if its possible to retrofit the piano black dash trim and if so, how much would it cost? if I went with cream leather, I think the black trim would look nicer than silver?

Nah, i can't upgrade - very rigid spec, no extras allowed ! I might tout them on here when I get the car then Called my dealer today, he had no clue about the part numbers - nor the price even when I gave him part numbers from on here.

I like the look of the beige or cream leather, but as I do around 50k km per year, id be worried it might not be a good option and that I should go for black. Anyone here have cream, and if so, how is it wearing for you over time?

I checked Superskoda out, they don't seem to have any rims for the current model though?

My Style here in Ireland would come with 17" rims on - id fancy upgrading to 18"s or 19"s, but as its a company purchase, it would have to be a standard spec. I could replace the rims after and pay the cost difference on the tyres myself - are there any replica rims on the market, or is it best to stick to the dealer accessories?

Damn, I was / am intending on going 190 DSG - this thread is worrying.

Ive had the DSG box in a petrol TT - loved it and always had no issues at roundabouts or corners - brake in time, or manually change down - lightening quick......

Thanks all, interesting insights. I suppose I'm indoctrinated by my love of the Beemers and Audis and its like drugs, its a habit thats hard to break. Like Members , my car will be a company car also, so I don't have final say - but it boils down to a choice of A4 Attraction, with one extra, cruise control or a Superb Style, ythats the spec just under L & K here in Ireland, with the 190bhp DSG box. I suppose it should be a no brainer?

Hi all, Im new here and thinking about going g for a Superb Style 190 DSG under my company car scheme. Ive driven Audis, A4, A5, BMW 325, 520 and so in exclusively since 1995 - guess I went for the perceived upmarket value of these German brands. Now under my work scheme, its either a basic A4 120bhp or a really good Superb spec. I suppose I still have a mental barrier regarding the change, just wondering if anyone else walked away from any of the German brands to Skoda and if so, were you and are you happy with the change?
