  1. I'm looking at getting a vRS and have been sizing up the options. It comes as standard with tyre pressure monitors and a trip computer - I want to add the optional cruise control and F & R parking sensors, but do I need to specify the maxi-dot as an option ???
  2. If you look at Parker's and check out the review for the VRS, there are loads of photos.
  3. My four year old Laguna Sport Tourer is due for replacement soon and to put it bluntly, I can't afford to buy the same model again. This caused me to start looking around and I must say I'm very impressed by the Octavia L+K Estate. Just a question about the cruise control on the Octy. How does the control work ?? I have cruise on the Laguna but it has paddles on the steering wheel and a digital display to show the speed setting. I asked the sales rep at the local Skoda dealer, but she thought you had to accelerate up to the desired speed and then press set to hold the speed on cruise. The Laguna allowed you to drive at 40mph, set 60 mph on the display and then the car would accelerate up to 60 automatically. Is she right or is she under-selling its potential in cruise ???
