Well, I've Pfledge'd up all the rubber seals and the rattles remained, so out of frustration I slammed the boot lid a little harder than usual and lo and behold the main annoying rattle has ceased to be. In my case I think there is some wiring going through the boot lid that has come lose. So brute force actually worked :D (hopefully it lasts until the summer)
I have noticed there is a hard plastic cylinder shaped thing around the bump stop on both my rear wheels, which you can shake around quite freely making a tapping sound. The top section is only slightly above the top of my wheel (I'm not sure whether this is by design or if it's broken though; weather has been too horrid for me to have a proper look)
The climate control is bit funky :D I gave up on Auto, all it does it blow at full speed all the time.
