Next question lol I have my eye on a set of 16 inch alloys will they fit or will they be too big? I wouldn't have thought 2inches would make that much difference

Hiya guys im looking to buy a set of alloy wheels for my fabia. The guy selling them took them off a Y Reg Renault Clio will they fit my fabia?

The spring loaded plunger works fine I've tested that. The cable does move the locking mechanism so will look at the boot lock on the boot. What is the micro switch for then?

Excellent cheers matey will look at that tomorrow the rubber finger switch in the boot moves up & down manually but does nothing when the lever is pulled by the drivers door

Hiya guys The electronic boot lock on my skoda Mk1 has never worked since I had it. The cable works fine as I've checked it by pulling the lever by the drivers door so I know that's ok. I've checked the fuses which are also ok. Have I read somewhere that there's a micro switch under the lever by the drivers door? If so could that be the problem? I've also noticed the rear washer don't work either as no water comes out from the wiper arm

I have a red fabia Mk1 with a damaged drivers side mirror so looking to replace it. Mine are Electric & heated. If I can't find a red one I'm after two black ones.. looked on eBay but can't see any

To be honest I have had exactly the sale problem with my rear wiper. I bought the exact same one which was different to the old one however I took the old one in with me they took the part number from it which matched the pic above even though it's a different design. It should push into the clip inside the shield but for the life of me it will not clip in so at the moment I've given up with mine & left it off
