  1. Had a look in the boot of my vrs this afternoon to see if I could locate the source of a wet boot and noticed it was running down from what appear to be vents? You can see in the photo the bottom section is wet. She's not been driven today, but it's been on and off heavy showers. Any ideas on how to fix this?
  2. Thanks everyone for your advice, ordered a set of brembos last night. Just hope the weather clears up to fit them at the weekend!!
  3. http://www.falmouthgarages.co.uk/Cars_For_Sale/carDescription/used_car_description.php?searchmake=skoda&car_id=24 438 for sale down in Cornwall!
  4. So today's payday and I need new brakes. I'm planning on getting disks and pads, although they've passed an MOT I'm not convinced they're top notch having driven around for a couple of weeks now. I've looked on Euro Car Parts for Pagid and Brembo options, however I'm unsure what the best options would be. Looking on the Pagid pads it has two options, those with and those without wear indicators. How do I know which I need? Is there an easy way of telling, or would I need to go and have a geek at my current set up? Can anyone advise what the best option would be for a 2006 Fabia VRS? Thanks all in advance!
  5. Some nice beading this morning following a quick wash yesterday.
  6. Hi guys, Recently bought a mk1 Fabia vrs after my Toyota Yaris blew its turbo before Christmas (just what you want in December!!) Been stalking around here for a week or so and thought it was about time I started posting. I'm hoping to get some photos of Wesley (I didn't suggest the name, it just somehow ended up sticking) but at the moment the grit and gunk on the Cornish roads has left him looking slightly worse for wear!! Look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully to learn a lot!! Cheers, Amy
