    Update: Replaced the AFS unit without taking off the bumper. No stress at all. Plug and play and everything works

    Hi all! I´m having a issue with my Superb 2009 Estate were I have an AFS fault. The workshop told me that there were no communication with the control unit, and said they´re were unsure if it was just the control unit or the wiring within the headlight itself that have malfunctioned. Replacing the whole headlight with the units, both the ballast and the control unit would be about $1200. I´m wondering if there are any possibilities that i can buy the control unit by itself somewhere to see if that can fix this...? To a much lesser cost.
