Hello, I have a Amundsen RNS310 sat Nav Unit but the eject button is missing... does anyone have or know of a place I can get replacement buttons for it please? Just wanted to start a thread with a discussion on which headlamp bulbs, etc people run and which ones could be the best for night time vision, best looking, whether led, hid or xenon is best to use? So, any ideas going forward? I currently have the stock xenon lamps fitted to my fabia mk2 2010, there are so many to choose from now, so some help would be appreciated it choosing what to run in the future. thanks in advance.

Alternator runs the car once it's started but bad battery could cause a large current draw at low revs, time to take it to the garage mate.

Issue found... mate who I borrowed cable and laptop from eventually said it was not an original cable, etc. The 17.1.3 version that is not from Ross tech is not compatible with the mk2 fabia 5J CAVE engine, tried the 16.8 version and it worked first time, oh well, should have researched it better and found out sooner it wasn't an original cable even though it looked the part... :-( thanks for the support guys.

Hi Badger, tell me about it, very silly to me too... ignition off / on, re - installed software again just in case, which multiple menus do you mean? I have the basic and advanced menus available, plus the coding (07) menu available in the 17 module, everything looks as if it should work but the coding is not being written even though the dialogue box tells me that it has done... :-( also looked on ross tech wiki and nothing for 5J model, only newer version...

Hi Badger, Yes, all cables and software registered and licensed... control module is the original module with the car.

Hi Gizmo, yes, that's how I know it hasn't written to the module... when I check the settings, its still on GB, and in the MFD the Digit.speed tick box is not there :-( yes, white maxidot fitted :-)

Hi Guys, I'm having an issue with version 17.1.3, I want to change the country from GB to AUS so I can get the large MPH displayed in main window instead of KPH, when I go into the control module 17 - instruments, then 07 - coding , then long code helper - change it to AUS, exit and go to "DO IT", it states that it has coding accepted but when I look at the maxidot it still is at GB settings. if I go back into the modules again, sure enough it has stayed on GB... any ideas??? very frustrating... autoscan (manual) below.
