  1. Ok thanks for the advice
  2. Hi. Changed my sparkplugs last week. First three had normal wear, fourth had wet oil in the well and on the plug. I've been to my local garage who are good and honest with the more basic stuff but I think a couple of the guys struggle to diagnose the more in depth stuff. They have suggested valve stem/ piston ring seals. Does this seem like the most likely reason? 2011 Octavia vrs, 112k on the clock. Thanks
  3. Yeah, the website I got them from didn't say summer/ winter. I saw the A rating for wet grip and just went with them. Turns out wet grip and snow are very different...
  4. I have Goodyear eagle asymmetric tyres on mine and couldn't even get off my road.... 🤦🏻‍♂️ I've learnt for next time..
  5. Hi. I've noticed somehow that the hose from the fill neck to the reservoir on my windscreen washers is cracked and split. I've taped it temporarily but would like to obviously replace it. I can only find the whole system available online. Does anyone know where I'd be able to get just that hose from? I'm aware it might be the same on other vag cars... Octavia vrs 2011 Thanks
