Just to add, i used these resistors off of ebay for led's and they are spot on. Just plug and play, no buggering about with scotch locks or anything. The bulb holders on the p21w drl bulbs had to be swapped over as it was near on impossible to find resistors that had the same holders as the skoda. Hello, ive been trying to find someone close-ish to southampton that could possibly do this for me please? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought some Osram ones for mine and they look good. I had to buy a link in resistor for them and swap the wires around as the bulbs are polarity sensitive. I've also used Osram side light and number plate led's but I haven't got the resistors for them yet. I tried to buy resistors that will plug inline rather than scotch lock them onto the wires. I try not to cut wires if I can help it.

Hi mate. Sorry for the delay in reply. No I haven't had it mapped yet. I need to concentrate on the bodywork as the drivers side was damaged when I bought her. Once it's done though i will definitely consider mapping. Although they are pretty pokey as standard for a 1.6

Ok understandable but my Mondeo had drls that stayed on all the time?

So is it possible to have the front drls on all the time on the superb II? I'm assuming it would require vcds to do it though?

This this easy entry/exit thing go the same for the other way? What i mean is, im quite tall and have my seat quite far back and when i get out of the car, my seat seems to move forward. I assumed this was to help me get out without hitting the b-pillar.

They didn't work at all in the drls. I tried some cheaper led' s that I had from before and they worked but flickered. The osram ones wouldn't work even slightly. I tried them in the rear fogs just to make sure they do work and they worked. Really confused me.

Ok I might look at getting some. I bought these osram ones but they don't work at all. I'm not sure if it's because they are only 2.5w or I also read that the drls are negative centre pin? I'll have to check it out.

Sorry to jump in an old post but these bulbs you got, how long did they last or are they still going? And did they bring up the bulb warning light? Thank you.

That's a good shout. It might be all they need. I'll have to find someone near Southampton with the kit.

Ive input all the codes and got the specs back which is great. But it doesnt say anything about rain wipers. How do i know if i have them? There is a sensor behind the rear view mirror but i wasnt sure if that was for rain aswell as light? Would it have it written on the wiper stalk?

Hello, being new to Skoda, is there a website or someway of finding out my cars specification data? Having just had a ford which has ford etis, that tells you everything thats on your car specifically after putting your reg. Is there a similar thing for skoda?

I have asked if anyone has had a remap done to see if it's worth the 295 quid I've been quoted but no response as of yet
