  1. Do you know which update was applied, we’ve a similar vintage Karoq and I’d like to get the update applied. It’s my wife’s car but lately I’ve been driving it a lot and really noticed the kangaroo effect since the weather has turned colder. thanks!

    MPG

This is the best I’ve managed on a long journey - on the return trip I got 38mpg. BTW this was using ACC set to roughly 78mph. I definitely think the MPG suffers once you go over 70mph.

Those figures are very impressive, I don't think we've ever gone over 42pmg on our manual. These are our long term figures from the OBC:
  4. Is eco mode possible in the manual??
  5. We've had our 1.5 manual since Jan and we've 1200 miles up on it at this stage, according to the computer its doing 31.4 MPG at an average speed of 18mph. I took a look back through the data and its only gone over 40MPG twice
  6. We have a 1.5 manual and it definitely can be a bit kangaroo like from cold , its got 1200 miles on it at this stage, I haven't noticed it once its warmed up but I'll keep an eye on it.
  7. We've got the memory seats (but not drive mode personalisation) on our Karoq and it *does* work off the keys but you have to enable it in the vehicle settings , see page 81 of the manual. Once you have it enabled when you open the drivers door it will move it to the setting associated with your key. Also the Skoda connect does work with external wifi , I've got it connecting to our house Wifi network without any issues.
  8. Just an FYI T but the Irish models actually only come with the single USB as per the UK

    Karoq

Hmm , we’ve had plenty of rain since we we picked up the car and it hasn’t resulted in any rain getting on the seats when opening the doors but ymmv
  10. I'll double check tomorrow if I get a chance but from memory there isn't a handle under the middle seat (unlike the outer seats) and the manual only shows the outer seats as moveable so I'm pretty sure it doesn't move - it does recline alright though.
  11. Diagram on petrol filler says 34 but only noticed that after I’d lowered them to 33
  12. Just to follow up on this I checked the tyre pressures this morning and they were all at 40psi , I dropped them back to 33 and ride is noticeably better
  13. I just tried it on ours and it was fine, a firm pull and they moved.
  14. Thanks, still early days but impressed so far, fit and finish is very good and the Columbus system is very responsive and slick but will definitely be a finger print magnet. Handling is fine for an SUV , Its no speed daemon but its plenty fast enough for our needs. Electric memory seats made it very easy to find a good driving position as well. Its actually Laser white (which I don't think is available in the UK?) and funnily enough one of the salesman in the garage mistook it for moon white , its very close to it.
