  1. Question on the vrs, is there a noticeable difference in comfort to say 150bhp TDI close enough to top spec on 17s wheel's?
  2. I think this might be a personal thing. Maybe people who are more perceptable to air pressure changes. Like my son hates flying his ears get really sore. He doesn't complain in the car but if we drive up mountains he does...
  3. I think it's more of a case of figuring out if this affects you than the car having a problem. I've never noticed this with my facelift Octavia. Best bet would be get a two day test drive and see if it bothers you or not
  4. https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/sg9665gc-hard-wiring-into-skoda-octavia-mk3-2017.30501/ Fitted in my facelift Octavia a few months back
  5. The latest update to waze now shows speed limit warnings on Android auto. Also chirp's first time you exceed limit
  6. Hi folk's, I'm thinking of ordering the leather jumbo box cover from superskoda. http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/OCTAVIA-III/Octavia-III-leather-cover-for-JumboBox-WHITE-stitch Has anyone purchased and fitted one? Is the fit pretty good? I dont have leather seats but as my arm is on the arm rest a lot figure it might be worth it? Thanks, Mick
  7. Not quite dark yet but nearly there. Much happier with the brightness. The other big plus is that the led bulbs don't run nearly has hot as the halogens they replaced. I was surprised how hot the housing and plastic got with the old bulb. Will take a few pictures when I get a chance Thanks, Mick

  9. Bulbs arrived today. Just fitted. Were a bit fiddly. Had to realign the housings a bit so the new bulbs would make proper contact. Front left was hassle as didn't leave enough slack when fitting to disconnect. Looking forward to dark to see difference.
  10. I chickened out and cancelled the ledperf order and ordered four osram LEDs.. will upgrade the footwells first then try the others ..
  11. Ok I decided to go with the led.perf kit. And went for extra four green bulbs to try in footwell.. may regret it!
  12. The other option is something like this set or bulbs https://www.ledperf.co.uk/pack-interior-full-led-pure-white-for-skoda-octavia-3-5e-p-4942.html I'm tempted to try the green for footwell. That being said might get sick of it. The changing color set from US would get around any regrets re colour as could run them in White..
  13. Thanks one last question. Is there two or three bulbs in the rear roof cluster? Thinking I'll order four packed and change them all to be led.. probably would need one more for the glove box?
  14. Thanks, apart from colour would you say they are brighter than the halogens?
  15. Can I ask how hard it was to replace the bulbs in the footwell housing? Should it be easy enough to replace them post fitting? I assume no trim removal needed? Thanks, Mick
  16. I have sub at 8. Equaliser set to Canton I have definitely bass
  17. Thanks would you mind linking to the overhead bulbs you fitted? We're they easy to change? Cheers, Mick
  18. https://www.powerbulbs.com/product/osram-standard-led-retrofit-w5w-cool-white-bulbs-twin More expensive than Amazon
  19. Thanks, I might see if they available on power bulbs. Did you put them in the boldsport housing?
