Dealer says brake pads 20% worn but there quarter the thickness of new, are well will go with what the dealer says.

Not good, I looked at another 70 reg kamiq dont know the miles and pads just as low, looked at new kamiq and pads twice the thickness, let's see what the dealer says tomorrow.

Hello, car has done 9000 miles and front brake pad thickness appears to be very low car is not driven hard, so what miles has you car done and how thick in mm do the pads look.

I thought it was brakes, but dealer tested and said fine, I will rebook car in again.

Thanks for the heads up, it sounds more mechanical, but worth a try.

1.0 115bhp, manual, 70 reg and done 2500 miles. When on full lock only, if turning right or left going forwards or backwards at crawling pace there is a grinding noise, when the car isn't moving no noise. Car been to dealer and adjusted heat shield but problem persists, anyone had this issue.
