Hi yes that is what this thread is about but another search said it can be done in vcds so without being able to look I was hoping the delay was in one of these units and would second guess it was in visual display, but don't know without the tool Unfortunately I'm not a vcds expert either

No only rear and same setup in my Elegance previously, that's why thought it weird

My new 15 plate VRS when going into reverse the parking sensor displays as normal and works ok, when I then go forward or out of reverse it takes a age to drop out of the display or turn off the beeps, so much so I end up cancelling myself. This never happened on my 14 plate elegance previously Any ideas what or why causing it Cheers Simon

Anyone know the part numbers of both mirrors and switch with electric folding, can't seem to find it Oemepc website but confusing TIA

Finally after a few years of wanting one I have changed my Mk3 1.6 Elegance for another Diesel but VRS Very happy as I knew I would be with the performance and drive etc just a little disappointed with the Spec comparisons in the UK My Elegance was well spec'd and with added options - So full leather, Winter pack, Sat Nav and also came with Folding Mirrors took me a age to find a VRS with Satnav, Heated Seats, Heated Screen, settled with Half leather which I didn't mind but could not find one with Folding mirrors which is crazy given our parking spaces....yes I know and will fold manually also didn't realise Graphically the Centre dash display has less resolution then that of my Elegance, especially noticeable when using Nav it is pixilated and only Black/White where as I was impressed with the Elegance. I still would of thought a VRS would of been spec'd similar and I do know its not a L&K either but still apart from these minors I can't wait to see what it can do....within reason :)

Just traded my Elegance 1.6D for a VRS Checked and cleared most of stored faults, but I have a C108000 code come up I can not get rid of Any ideas?

My MY14 1.6TDI Elegance appears to be lucky to have the Mode button Eco - Didn't see the point and Fuel Eco was no better in my experience Normal - My current driving mode Sport - Tried and liked it but the steering can be sometimes heavy'ish in traffic or car parks Custom - not tried, but guess could make it Sport Engine and Normal Steering although I don't like the button lit up when not in Normal when the mode is displayed on the head unit (Amunsdsmen) anyone had experience with Fuel economy between Normal & Sport

Understood The setting just increases the voltage to make the side lights slightly brighter (& whiter) And not as bright as the Drl output and the way it looks to me not as bright as my dip beams so should not be any issues Cheers

Hi I have upgraded My H15 Bulbs on my 2014 Elegance to Mtec Super white which are great On Drl and main beam but really yellow On Sidelights When Dip is on. Can I change To Led's have tried a couple of different ones but get a error, maybe setting in vcds? Or recommended alternatives that have been tried Can I change So Drl is on with Dip Beam instead of sidelights.... Is this legal of possible? Sorry for the newbie questions Simon
