Does anyone know how / where to obtain a new activated charcoal filter canister? None of my Google searches come up with one for the MK3 Superb. Alternatively, if it is the case that the filter is saturated with petrol, is there a way to refurbish it?

Do you know if this is "fixable" or do I just have to live with it?

2016 Superb Sportline TSI 280. On two occasions recently, I've found petrol dripping out of the drain pipe and puddling near the rear wheel. On both occasions, the car had been in direct sunshine on a hot day on a slight forwards incline. The first time, the tank was 3/4 full (and the second time it was just over 1/2 full. When I opened the filler cap, there was a gush of fuel followed by gurgling from the tank and drawing back of the brimming fuel followed by more gurgling and belching. I'm guessing that there is a problem with venting but don't know what to check before parting with money for a mechanic to take a look.
