As per title, can it be done? Tried searching couldn't find anything on here or google. Only mk2 fabia needle sweep comes up. Surely mk1 fabia can have it if mk4 golfs can have it?

Anybody know how to activate digital climate control via vagcom on fabia vrs mk1? Climate panel off a mk2 it can be done but what channels on vcds?? Thanks

Well it had the same issue even with stock alloys with matching tyres, which ive sold to a mate who is currently using them and has not complained of any issues

Do fabia vrs's suffer from torque steer issues? A few mates have fabia vrs's and no torque steer on there's unless you floor it. Im buying driveshafts anyway now. So will update after i fit them.

Checked movement with both ball joints disconnected and both hubs move freely and i guess equally too.

The brand is toyo proxes 195-45-16 on 8j wheels, all have 6mm tread and worn evenly, so trackings ok. No the car did not come with these on. Before this set i had the original fabia vrs 16 inch alloys which had all michelin pilots running 32psi. Even back then i had this problem hence why so many parts have been changed. Oh btw the original alloys are all good and straight as my mates been driving with them for nearly 6 months now. Toyo proxes 195-45-16 they are directional and are all fitted to the right directions. Sorry dont really understand your 3rd question. Ahh good thinking.... Not had the car on a ramp yet but will do soon as possible and get someone to pull of in it. It does make a metallic click noise when pulling away or turning the wheel when stationery. I will check engine and gearbox mounts tomorrow. Dogbone has been pollybushed so thats fine. Awayoffski your missing the point buddy, had same problem with the original wheels with all same tyres and pressure of 32psi. I think my best option is take it to a bodyshop to check chassis/body. Thanks

All four tyres running at 37psi which was recommended by a tyre fitter from bmtr as they are stretched. Good idea i might just take it to a bodyshop to check chassis and body out. Thanks for the help I never got a print out, it was done on laser machines bit they never gave printout. Will go back to them and ask tho as it was very recent. Thanks

Thanks for the input. All 4 tyres hold the same pressure and checked weekly. Thanks for the input. All tyres exactly the same size 195-45-16 stretched on 8j wheels. Had this problem with standard wheels on aswell as my current bbs reps

Hi guys i know im in the wrong section but cant see where to ask this question? Also all the answers ive seen is everybody recommending console bushes. Let me give you a bit of back story. The car pulls to the left only on acceleration regardless of road condition straights or bends, when off the throttle its 100% straight. Within last 6 months i have changed, new wishbones with ball joints, new polly front and rear bushes, replaced subframe and anti roll bar (with standard bushes) 2nd hand(obv bushes are new) , new polly dog bone bush, new droplinks, new coilys all round, steering rack checked and straight, calipers not sticking, ive had 4 wheel alignment done, all tyres are matching and same pressure. Any help please?? Only thing i havent changed is driveshafts and hubs

I know but just so people know there's more than 1 type of trw racks im 100% sure as i checked the cap on mine it said trw 2004 fabia vrs and the one i took off a donor car said trw aswell, so i went ahead and stripped both off only to find out my one has a removable brown plug and the other one has a non removable white plug!!!!!! Again both were TRW racks! I didnt check the plugs beforehand as i didnt know where to look

Hi guys, New to the forum... But not skoda's! Right, had my mk1 fabia vrs asz for nearly 8 month now, bought off a mate after he crashed it twice! I know you cant really see much damage in pictures, but all four doors are scraped and dented, bonnet kinked and dented, front bumper had been cut and was missing a peice of the bumper!? But that was 8 months ago since then, ive replaced all doors, repaired front bumper, cut out the widemouth! Fibreglassed the honeycome aluminium mesh, straight through exhaust turbo back with a "CHERRY BOMB" backbox! Dont recall anyone else doing this?! but the sound is unique, quiet under 2k revs but once turbo kicks in sounds insaaaaaaane! Remapped (custome map) with popcorn aswel, it is very quick actually quicker than my bro's mk2 octavia vrs tdi 170 mapped to 210bhp dyno'd List of other mods: Fly eye tint on headlights and fog lights 8k 55w hid's Black front grill Widemouth front bumper Pressed number plates Sitting on adjustable JOM coilovers Pollybushed wishbone front and rear bushes Pollybushed rear engine mount (dogbone) De wipered boot Bbs lm alloys 16" 8j with toyo proxes all round Facelift rear lights ICE mods: Pioneer 6x9 on shelf Ripspeed dvd player with original speakers (will upgrade soon) List of mods in progress: Carbon wrap bonnet as i bought a red one with focus rs/st vents! 3 pod pillar gauge (bought) need to buy boost gauge, egt gauge, volt gauge Need a exhaust tip ideally twin upswept burnt tip!
